All financial transactions are processed externally and securely by respective integrated, PCI-DSS compliant payment solution provider, and RBI-authorized payment solutions providers, all in-store transactions use a highly secure, encrypted infrastructure.

2. Statutory Compliance Data

• To maintain strict compliance with state regulatory bodies (including the Goa Excise Department and the Maharashtra State Excise Department), we may log your date of birth and other relevant data. This is done solely to verify your legal eligibility to purchase(s) and to prevent underage access.

3. Data Sharing Restraints

• We do not sell, trade, rent, or monetize user data to third-party marketing agencies.

• Your information is shared only with our payment solution partner to process payments, or with regulatory, excise, and law enforcement authorities when explicitly mandated under regional prohibition laws.

TERMS OF SERVICE AND INTERFACE USE

1. Nature of the Interface & Legal Compliance

• This interface operates strictly as an informational and secure decision making system for our licensed physical brick-and-mortar retail outlets located in Panjim (Goa) and Nariman Point (Mumbai, Maharashtra).

• No Online Sale or Delivery of Alcohol: In strict compliance with the rules mandated by the Goa State Excise Department, the Maharashtra State Excise Department, and the respective state Prohibition Acts, this interface does not engage in the e-commerce sale, home delivery, or courier fulfilment of beverages. All transactions are finalized over the counter at our physical licensed store premises.

2. Statutory Age and Eligibility Restraints

• You must be of legal drinking age within the respective jurisdiction.

3. Interface Access

• Viewing & decision making does not constitute a completed sale or a transfer of product title.

• The contract of sale is executed exclusively over the counter at our physical retail stores when the customer presents valid, government-issued photo identification.

• Title, ownership, and physical possession of the goods transfer to the customer is solely within our licensed physical retail store premises.

4. Secure Payment Solutions Structure

• Any payment made at World Of Wines constitutes as an payment towards products purchased by the customer for collection exclusively from our licensed retail premises. Purchases are subject to age, identity and statutory verification at the time of in-store purchase and are fulfilled strictly in accordance with the applicable State Excise laws and the conditions of the respective retail outlet.

• All payments are securely processed through RBI-authorized payment aggregator. We do not charge any additional fees for these services.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

PURCHASE CANCELLATION AND REPAYMENT POLICY

This policy outlines the rules governing the cancellation of product purchase(s) and the processing of refunds for transactions initiated at our brand.

1. Post-Pickup Finality (No-Return Policy)

• Once the items are inspected, verified, and physically collected by the customer at our licensed retail counter, the sale is final.

• In strict adherence to state excise guidelines, public health safety norms, and product safety laws, no returns, exchanges, or refunds are permitted after the goods have left our physical retail store premises.

2. Refund Timelines and Processing

• All approved refunds (if any) will be initiated strictly to the original mode of transaction (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) processed through respective payment gateway provider(s).

• Reflective credit timelines generally range between 5 to 7 business days, strictly subject to standard banking network settlement cycles. Refunds will not be settled via cash, store vouchers, or alternative bank accounts.
